iFOODQ provides a series of mutually useful and functional services to both the exporter and the importer.

iFOODQ project starts in 2017 from the joint ideas and will of Valerio Sarti (experienced food technologist) and Eros Picco (Michelin starred Chef). Sharing the passion for food and quality which can be found behind the true made in Italy, they decided to put together their efforts and draw the bases to create a project to express and communicate the values and complexity of the italian agri-food environment in a more articulated way.

Along their way and with the interest generated by the comprehensive approach wanted for the theme, a significant number of professionals related to food in itself and its international trade mechanism joined actively the project creating the present professional network on which iFOODQ can rely for the reaching of its scope. All the professionals are highly specialized in their own field, and this has given since the early stages the trust and confidence to open the dialogue with public Institutions and private Organizations related to food or international trade dynamics both in Italy and abroad.

CEO of Viesse Consulting, a consultancy firm in the food business.

The commitment to quality in food business lead him to a series of collaborations with renowned food and wine producers as long as well-known food distribution brands and university departments, where he works on research activities for international projects. References are: University of Milan, La Feltrinelli, Peck SpA, Enaip Lombardia Foundation (collaborations with Louis Vuitton and My Chef), South Korea – EXPO Pavilion.

The passion for this field and his knowledge led him to the development of the iFOODQ project.

Creative mind, awarded chef and consultant for various restaurants.

Throughout his career he has played different roles at major international events, developing significant experiences ranging from France to Japan, America and China.

A truly multifaceted artists who tries to showcase the traditional Italian flavors in modern and ever evolving ways. Each one of his dishes is a full sensory experience, involving the mind and the body through an intense journey for the senses.

The passion for his field and wide international experience led him to the concept of the iFOODQ project, to which at present he is completely dedicated.
